By accessing or using Focus Flo ("Focus Flo", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Focus Flo is a mobile application that provides:

• Task creation and management
• Focus session tracking
• Distraction logging and analysis
• AI-powered task generation and productivity insights
• Progress tracking toward focus and productivity goals

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

To use certain features of Focus Flo, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access at our discretion.

You agree to use Focus Flo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate another person
• Interfere with other users' experience
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Introduce malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Collect user data without consent
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

By submitting content to Focus Flo (including tasks, notes, and session data), you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and improve the Service
• Represent that you have the right to submit the content
• Agree your content does not violate third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Focus Flo is designed to support productivity but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

You acknowledge that:

• Productivity results vary by individual
• AI-generated insights may not always be accurate
• The Service is provided for informational purposes only

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Focus Flo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy or distribute the Service without permission
• Use branding without consent
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
• Create derivative works

Your use of Focus Flo is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Focus Flo offers premium features through subscriptions.

If you subscribe:

• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You can cancel through your Apple account settings
• Free trials (if offered) convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled

Subscription infrastructure may be managed through RevenueCat.

Focus Flo integrates with third-party services including:

• Supabase (data storage and authentication)
• RevenueCat (subscriptions)
• OpenAI (AI features)

These services are governed by their own terms and policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of insights or recommendations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOCUS FLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, productivity, or profits
• Service interruptions

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Focus Flo from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia.

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration, where permitted by law.

You waive participation in class actions where legally allowed.

We may update these Terms at any time by:

• Posting updated Terms
• Updating the Effective Date

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Focus Flo.

This agreement is between you and Focus Flo, not Apple Inc.

You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control.

Focus Flo is responsible for support. Apple has no obligation to provide support.

If the App fails to conform to a warranty, Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no further responsibility.

Focus Flo, not Apple, is responsible for product-related claims.

Focus Flo is responsible for resolving IP claims.

You confirm you are not on restricted government lists or embargoed regions.

Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these Terms.
