How do focus sessions work?

Focus Flo uses the Pomodoro technique — you work in focused intervals (typically 25 minutes) followed by short breaks. Add a task, start a session, and Focus Flo tracks your progress and builds your streak over time.

What happens if I close the app mid-session?

Your session timer will pause when the app is backgrounded. You can resume when you return. Incomplete sessions are not counted toward your streak.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Focus Flo, and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling stops future charges. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. When you sign in with an account, your tasks, sessions, and progress are saved securely in the cloud so you can access them across devices and after reinstalling the app.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Focus Flo, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Does Focus Flo work offline?

Core features — starting sessions and logging tasks — work offline. Data will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.

Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so:

  1. Open Focus Flo on your device.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.

Alternatively, you can email us at support@focusflo.io with the subject line Account Deletion Request and we will process your request within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, including tasks, sessions, and progress history. This action cannot be undone.
